PROBLEM STATEMENT
How might we allow bus riders to report unshoveled stops on bus key routes back to the MBTA?

BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The MBTA shovels bus stops along its key bus routes (Silver Line, 1, 15, 22, 23, 28, 32, 39, 57, 66, 71, 73, 111, 116/117.) Could customers report to the MBTA that they missed a stop, or request that a particular stop be shoveled? Could an application be designed to scale so that the report goes to different agencies or municipalities, depending on the bus stop? Could the information also be shared with riders, especially those with mobility difficulties?
