PROJECT PITCH: The Uber of snow shoveling

PROJECT NAME
The Uber of snow shoveling (Name TBD)

PROBLEM STATEMENT
Several times this winter, we'll have the sort of snowfall that creates two circumstances: (1) There's a task at hand that overwhelms our existing snow removal systems and budgets, and (2) We have an idle youth workforce, sitting at home. Can we solve for both?

PROPOSED SOLUTION / BRIEF DESCRIPTION
One of our students at Resilient Coders has proposed what can be described as "The Uber of Snow Shoveling." It's an application called "YE Effect." Help us, first of all, propose a new name. But also to take his prototype, improve it, and actually build it.

EXISTING PROJECT
The existing prototype is just a series of HTML files.
